They clean your room without asking them daily like other hotels, you should just left the note outside your door and you are fine. The location was good I came with my own car and in 10min you could be anywhere in the city. The hotel is quite and you hear nearly nothing. I stayed for 7 days with my wife, we really had great time their. The staff is super friendly and always with a smile.

This place is very close to the center of Valencia! During the day you will get a taxi for about 10-12 euros! It's very cheap. Generally by car IT is very close! Next to it there is a shopping center with all the most important boutiques, a beauty drugstore, a nail studio, cafes, a great Japanese restaurant, there is also a Carrefour, Lidl .....and! A great pet shop ( tienda animal) - if someone travels with a dog like me:) The rooms are very well soundproofed. Everything is fresh and newly decoreted.

Patricia who is assigned to the check/ in counter is the I have ever met in all of our travels. She is professional and quite helpful. She maintains a calm composure while dealing with clients regardless of the situation, whether person-to-person conversations or speaking to a client on the phone. Kudos to her. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel tells cleanliness to a high level. The room was and smelled very clean.

We luved everything about the place. The rooms were clean and comfortable but a bit small.. The breakfast was adequate but could have included a choice of eggs, instead of just boiled eggs. The secured parking was a big plus point. Keep it up 😍👌😀

Comfortable bed and clean room. Excellent staff who were friendly and helpful. Most spoke good English. Large secure carpark. The hotel has a small private garden with lawn and large trees adjacent to the bar with outside table and chairs. This was a delightful place in which to enjoy a glass of wine. Standard ibis continental breakfast was kept well stocked.
